M-Files Terms & Conditions

The use of this service provided by the Securities Depository Center (SDC) is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below (hereinafter referred to as the Terms & Conditions) and the member should carefully read and understand these Terms & Conditions. In order to activate the system, the member must agree to all the terms and conditions by clicking on the box designated for approval.
•	The members’ reception of the username and the password for his M-files account is considered an express acknowledgement not to hold the SDC responsible for any direct or indirect misuse of the user name and password.
•	The member shall bear full responsibility that may result of the use of others of his password to use this service whether with the authorization or approval of the concerned member or otherwise without holding the SDC responsible or liable thereto.
•	The member shall change his password, on the first use of this service, to maintain privacy.
•	The "Adobe Reader" program shall be downloaded to open the e-mails attachments in PDF format.
•	Each member is responsible for accessing his M-files account to check it daily in order to view the correspondences and memos, taking the necessary measures in accordance with these correspondences immediately.
•	Each members acknowledges of receiving all documents or correspondences sent by the SDC using this service, and thereto the member shall bare full responsibility for not taking all necessary measures in accordance, without holding the SDC responsible whatsoever.
•	The member shall maintain all information received by the M-files private, and shall not misuse this service, or using the this service in any way that violates laws or regulations or for illegal purposes, without holding the SDC responsible as a result thereto.
•	The SDC deletes the M-files contents frequently to be able to send memos and new correspondences to its members, which requires the necessity of saving the memos and correspondences received through each member’s own system on his own device.
•	The use of this service is subject to these Terms & Conditions and any other terms and conditions related to the this service that SDC may prescribe from time to time including instructions for using this service or elsewhere on the website which are considered an indivisible division of the service.
•	The SDC reserves the right to change any of the Terms & Conditions related to the M-files service without prior notice, whereas the changes are viewed within the Terms & Conditions published on the SDC's website.
•	The member acknowledges not to hold the SDC responsible for any claims that may arise between any parties as a result of using this service, including but not limited, suspending this service for any reason, or any malfunction or technical problems concerning the network, programs or hardware or else, or any delay that may arise as a result. Or any force majeure occurrence such as act of God / Fate and destiny, fire, war, terrorism acts, insurrection, riot, communications, power failure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the SDC.
•	These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
•	Amman courts have the sole jurisdiction to resolve any conflict arising as a result of the use of this service.
•	All electronic services provided by the SDC and all the services offered through its website including the M-files service and all its contents as well as these Terms & Conditions, are considered an exclusive property of the SDC and all copyrights are reserved for the SDC.
