M-Files Service Concept

In implementation of the SDC’s policy in serving its members, and moving towards the transition from a paper-based environment to an electronic environment, reducing time and effort, and according to the SDC’s functionality performance especially regarding lien or release lien, the SDC has created web correspondence Portal based on M-Files DMS application as a unified platform that enables each of its members to receive correspondence and memos and enable them to take the necessary measures.

M-Files Instructions

Following are the necessary procedures to benefit of this service:
1. Log in to the SDC’s website on the intranet by entering the following address in the address bar (10.5.1.177).
2. When the main screen appears, choose electronic services
3. Select the service “M-Files” from the electronic services list.
4. Enter your username and password which were provided previously to you by the SDC.
  Notes  
  Upon the first access to the service, the general & special terms and conditions screen will appear you should click the checkbox to acknowledge that you agree the stated terms & conditions.
  Change the password, as the password change screen will appear automatically when you enter the system for the first time.
  The system will automatically convert you to the login page again, to enter your new username and password.
5. View all the received e-mails in the inbox and its attachments.
6. Print or save the e-mails attachments on your personal computer.    
7. Click on your username in the upper corner of the screen, then click "Logout" to exit.
