On Sunday 30/07/2023, the SDC completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,059,904) JOD/share of the Almehanya For Real Estate Investments & Housing Company to distribute its excess cash to the shareholders.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Almehanya For Real Estate Investments & Housing Company indicates the decrease of its capital from (29,427,200) JOD/share to a registered capital of (27,367,296) JOD/share as a result of the mentioned share capital decrease.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 11/04/2023, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on the Share Capital Decrease issued on 23/07/2023.
