Completion of the Share Capital Increase of the Jordan Projects for Tourism Development Co.

| On Wednesday November 18, 2015 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (9,000,000) shares of the Jordan Projects for Tourism Development Company. The share capital increase was performed through allocating: | |
| 1. | (6,750,000) shares for Abu Jaber Brothers Company. |
| 2. | (2,250,000) shares for Orascom Development Holding International Limited. |
| Thereby, the SDC record of the Jordan Projects for Tourism Development Company indicates the increase of its capital from (21,500,000) shares to a registered capital of (30,500,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase. | |
| The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on February 4, 2015 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on April 2, 2015, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the Share Capital Increase issued in October 21, 2015. | |
