On Thursday 06/02/2025 the SDC completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (2,400,000) shares of the Al Manara Islamic Insurance Company.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and allocating theses shares to the shareholders mentioned in the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (10/2025) dated 20/01/2025.

Thereby, the SDC records of the Al Manara Islamic Insurance Company indicates the raise of its capital from (5,600,000) shares to a registered capital of (8,000,000) shares as a result of the mentioned share capital increase.

The above-mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 07/11/2024 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 13/11/2024, and upon the approval of the Jordan Securities Commission on the share capital increase issued on 20/01/2025.
