Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (27,777,778) shares of National Cable & Wire Manufacturing Company on Monday evening 02/11/2026.

The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting part of the company's debts to the amount of (7,000,000) shares and allocating them to the shareholders (Jordan Islamic Bank) with an issuance price (252) fils based upon JSC's decision No. (522/2026) dated 29/10/2026, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
