Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of Al Manara Islamic Insurance Co.
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (10/2025) dated 20/01/2025 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (2,400,000) shares of Al Manara Islamic Insurance company by allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the JSC's decision, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of capital increase of Al- Manara Islamic Insurance Company on 13/02/2026 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
