Subject: The Postponement of Financial Settlements
Greetings,
According to the official announcement no. (18) for the year 2023 dated 16/12/2023 issued by Prime Minister on the occasion of Christmas and New Year, please be informed that the Securities Depository Center (SDC) will close on Monday 25/12/2023, and on Monday 01/01/2024.
Therefore, the settlement cycle (T+2), the SDC will postpone the financial settlements dates for the traded securities (shares) for trades executed at the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) according to the following:
