Subject: Release the Lock-up on Shares of Capital Increase of Al Safwa Insurance Public Limited Co.
Greetings,
In accordance with the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC) no. (14/2021) dated 13/01/2021 including the approval of registering the share capital increase of (1,600,000) shares of Al Safwa Insurance Public Limited Company through allocation this amount to the following shareholders:
- (800,000) shares for hada company for administrative consultation.
- (800,000) shares for green biraq company for administrative consultation.
Provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
Whereas, the SDC will release the lock-up on the shares of the Al Safwa Insurance Public Limited Company on 10/03/2022 upon the lapse of one year from the completion date of issuing these shares at the JSC.
Thereby, the SDC record for Al Safwa Insurance Public Limited Company indicates the following:
