Subject: Disruption of the work in the Securities Depository Center

| Further to our letter no. (1480/2020) dated 17/03/2020, and in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers issued on 17/03/2020 to disrupt the business of all institutions and official departments for a period of two weeks within its preventive measures to contain the spread of COVID19. | |
| We would like to inform you that it has been decided to extend the shutdown period and therefore suspend the SDC businesses in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers issued on 29/03/2020 for a period of two more weeks ending on Tuesday evening dated 14/04/2020 unless any new decisions were taken by the government in that regard. | |
