Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,000,000) JOD/share of the Middle East Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries & Medical Appliances Company for Medical Investments Company on Monday 30/10/2023. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming part of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022.

The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 10/04/2023 and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 25/07/2023.

The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (6,250,583) shares to (1,250,583) shares.
