Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,817,879) shares of the Sura Development & Investment Company on Tuesday 07/11/2023. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (7,000,000) shares to (3,182,121) shares through redeeming all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022.
