Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Al-rakaez Investment Company on Wednesday 02/08/2023 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022.
The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 25/03/2023 and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 18/07/2023.
