Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Zara Investment (holding) Company on Tuesday 25/07/2023 to redeem (5,000,000) JOD of the balance of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2022 based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 18/04/2023 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 06/07/2023. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (150,000,000) shares to (145,000,000) shares
