Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (10,000,000) shares of the Emmar Investments & Real Estate Development Company on Monday 28/11/2022 to redeem accumulated losses of (6,937,924) JOD and redeem (3,062,076) JOD as losses of exchange rate of the foreign currencies and accumulated changes in the fair value.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (20,000,000) shares to (10,000,000) shares
