Subject: Completion of the Share Capital Increase of the Jordan Himmeh Mineral Co.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (442,228) shares of the Jordan Himmeh Mineral Company on Tuesday 07/09/2021.
The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the board member, the shareholder, Zara Investment (holding) Company, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC).
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 21/04/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 24/06/2021, and upon the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (135/2021) dated 02/08/2021.
