Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,000,000) shares of the International Arabian Development & Investment Trading Company on Tuesday 31/08/2021 to redeem the part balance of accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (7,000,000) shares to (3,000,000) shares. |
