Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Jordan Industrial Resources Company on Monday 23/08/2021. The share capital decrease was performed through decreasing the share capital of (10,357,957) JOD to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020 and decreasing the issuance premium of (18,606) JOD/share.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 15/04/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 26/07/2021.
