Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (10,339,351) shares of the Jordan Industrial Resources Company on Monday 23/08/2021.

The share capital decrease was performed through decreasing the share capital of (10,357,957) JOD to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020 and decreasing the issuance premium of (18,606) JOD/share.

The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (16,625,000) shares to (6,285,649) shares.
