Greetings, 

Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Amad Investment & Real Estate Development Company of (2,000,000) JOD/share on Sunday 22/08/2021. The share capital decrease was performed through decreasing the share capital of (306,406) JOD/share to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020 and decreasing the share capital of (1,693,594) JOD/share and distributing its excess cash to the shareholders.

The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/04/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 04/08/2021.
