The share capital increase reflects merger of Arab International Hotels Company and Beach Resorts Company and allocating these shares to the shareholders of Beach Resorts Company mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s letter no. (2/1/1382/21) dated 11/08/2021 and based upon the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the (JSC) no. (147/2021) dated 02/08/2021.
