Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Jordan Emirates Dimensions for Commercial Investment Company of (7,251,305) JOD/share on Monday 12/7/2021. The share capital decrease was performed through decreasing the share capital of (5,251,305) JOD/share to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020 and decreasing the share capital of (2,000,000) JOD/share and distributing its excess cash to the shareholders.
