| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (7,251,305) shares of the Jordan Emirates Dimensions for Commercial Investment Company on Monday 12/07/2021. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company to (2,748,695) shares. The share capital decrease will be performed through: | |
| A. | Decreasing the share capital of (5,251,305) share/JOD to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020. |
| B. | Decreasing the share capital of (2,000,000) share/ JOD and distributing its excess cash to the shareholders in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital. |
