Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,000,000) shares of the Intermediate Petrochemicals Industries Company on Wednesday 10/03/2021. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (7,000,000) shares to (3,000,000) shares to redeem part of the company’s rotated losses as of 31/12/2019.
