Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,600,000) shares of the Al Safwa Insurance Public Limited Company on Sunday 21/02/2021.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering directed to the shareholders of the company and allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (14/2021) dated 13/01/2021, and the letter of the JSC no. 2/1/102/21 dated 18/01/2021 provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
