Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of Dar Al Aman for Islamic Finance Company on Sunday 31/01/2021 to redeem part of the accumulated losses of the company as of 31/12/2019.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 20/10/2020 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 10/01/2021.
