Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (4,000,000) shares of the Jordan Wood Industries (jwico) Company on Wednesday 30/12/2020 to redeem part of the accumulated losses of the company as of 31/12/2019. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (5,000,000) shares to (1,000,000) shares.
