Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Saba'ek Investment Company on Wednesday 28/10/2020 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 14/07/2020, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 11/10/2020.
