Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Specialized Jordanian Investment Company on Monday 29/06/2020. The share capital decrease was performed through:
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Specialized Jordanian Investment Company on Monday 29/06/2020. The share capital decrease was performed through:
- Decreasing the share capital of (1,440,000) JOD to redeem the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2019. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (4,500,000) shares to (3,060,000) shares.
- Distributing (1,620,000) JOD as stock dividends to the shareholders of the Company. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (4,500,000) shares to (3,060,000) shares.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 13/02/2020 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 18/06/2020.
