Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the completion of the share capital decrease of the Al-tajamouat For Touristic Projects Company on Wednesday 24/06/2020 to redeem the company’s balance of the issuance discount as of 31/12/2018 which is (7,000,000) JOD. The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/08/2019, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 04/03/2020.
