Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of Al-amin Investment Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (9,000,000) shares of Al-amin Investment Company on Monday 27/01/2020 as this amount is in excess of its needs.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (10,000,000) shares to (1,000,000) shares.
