Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Jordan International Company for Medical Investments Company on Sunday 06/10/2019. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming all of the company’s accumulated losses based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 07/03/2019 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 04/09/2019.
