Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,868,691) shares of the Holy Land Insurance Company on Sunday 06/10/2019.

The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to Mr. Baha'a Aldean Mohy Aldean AlModaffar in exchange for providing in-kind payments, provided that these shares are under lock-up for two years from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the (Jordan Securities Commission –JSC) based upon the JSC’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (242/2019) dated 24/09/2019 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 01/08/2019 and upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 13/05/2019
