Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Jordan Investment Trust Company on Wednesday 25/09/2019 to redeem the company’s treasury shares. The share capital decrease was conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 25/04/2019 and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued on 03/09/2019.
