Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Akary for Industries & Real Estate Investments Company on Thursday 07/01/2021 to redeem part of the accumulated losses of the company.
The above mentioned procedure is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/04/2019 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 15/12/2020.
