Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (5,120,568) shares of the Union Tobacco & cigarette Industries Company on Tuesday 08/02/2022 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (15,083,657) shares to (9,963,089) shares. |
