Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (50,000,000) shares of the Alia-the Royal Jordanian Airlines Company on Monday 27/12/2021.
The share capital increase was performed through allocating these shares to the Government’s investment management. based upon the Jordan Securities Commission’s decision no. (227/2021) dated 19/12/2021
