Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Sheba Metal Casting Company on Monday 13/12/2021. The share capital decrease was performed through redeeming the accumulated losses (504,296) JOD and redeeming the issuance discount (120,704) JOD based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 17/08/2021 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply on 09/11/2021.
