Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (33,922) shares of the Sheba Metal Casting Company on Sunday 03/02/2019.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects non-public offering and the allocation of these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the decision of the company’s Board of Directors dated 12/07/2018 based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (331/2018) dated 03/10/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 24/04/2018, and the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 25/03/2018.
