Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (557,772) shares of the Jordan Himmeh Mineral Company on Tuesday 04/12/2018.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects public offering directed to all shareholders of the company in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (347/2018) dated 21/10/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 04/06/2018, and the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 26/04/2018.
