Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of the Arab Financial Investment Company on Tuesday 06/11/2018 where the amount of decrease is excess cash distributed to the shareholders.
The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 07/09/2018 which was granted the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on 01/11/2018.
