Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of the Arab Financial Investment Co.
Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (6,000,000) shares of the Arab Financial Investment Company on Tuesday 06/11/2018 as this amount is in excess of its needs and the company will distribute it to the shareholders.
The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (10,000,000) shares to (4,000,000) shares.
