Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registered the share capital increase of (14,972,503) shares of the Middle East Complex for Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries on Tuesday 25/09/2018.
The share capital increase of the said amount reflects capitalization of the privatization holding company/ Jordan’s debts to the amount of issued shares as of 31/12/2017 based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (295/2018) dated 13/19/2018.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registered the share capital increase of (14,972,503) shares of the Middle East Complex for Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries on Tuesday 25/09/2018.
