Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (1,842,844) shares of Ubour Logistic Services Company on Sunday 20/08/2017. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (3,000,000) shares to (1,157,156) shares to redeem all of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016.
