Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,750,000) shares of the Darat Jordan (holdings) Company on Thursday 27/07/2017 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016. The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/04/2017, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued in 20/07/2017.
Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,750,000) shares of the Darat Jordan (holdings) Company on Thursday 27/07/2017 to redeem part of the company’s accumulated losses as of 31/12/2016. The share capital decrease is conducted based upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 29/04/2017, and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital decrease issued in 20/07/2017.
