Kindly be informed that the SDC has completed the process of registering the share capital increase of (4,950,617) shares of the Middle East Complex for Engineering, Electronics & Heavy Industries Company on Tuesday 14/05/2019. The share capital increase of the said amount reflects converting the company's debts to the amount of issued shares based upon the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s Board of Commissioners decision no. (97/2019) dated 09/04/2019 and upon the approval of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply on the share capital increase issued on 05/08/2018 and upon the company's General Assembly's resolution made in its extraordinary meeting held on 27/06/2018, provided that these shares are under lock-up for one year from the completion date of the issuance procedures at the JSC.
