Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (1,978,783) shares of Elzay Ready Wear Manufacturing Company on Wednesday 15/02/2017 through public offering directed to all shareholders of the company.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (8,684,029) shares.
