| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (3,765,041) shares of the Methaq Real Estate Investment Company on Wednesday 28/12/2016 and distributing its excess cash to the shareholders in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (13,265,041) shares to (9,500,000) shares. |
