| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (12,174,638) shares of the Consultant & Investment Group Company on Tuesday 20/12/2016 to redeem the company’s accumulated losses as of 13/12/2015. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital for the company from (22,000,000) shares to (9,825,362) shares. |
