Greetings,
Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of registering the share capital increase of (5,356,503) shares of the Winter Valley Tourism Investment Company on Thursday 08/12/2016 through allocating these shares to the shareholders mentioned in the decision of the company’s Board of Directors dated 26/10/2016.
The share capital increase of the said amount will result in raising the registered capital to (39,000,000) shares.
